Tabled - Windermere Polytechnic competition

Hardworking students need some time out from brain work to exercise their creative spirit, and what better way to do that than with the annual table painting competition held at Windermere Polytechnic? Each year teams of students armed with Resene paint transform boring old tables into works of art.

Less than favourable weather this year didn’t dent the students’ enthusiasm, with the students managing to dodge the raindrops. The Marine Studies students nabbed first place with Year 2 Animal Care students and Road Transport students being close behind.

And with the table masterpieces done for 2009, students can enjoy the 2009 creations and start percolating their creative ideas for next year’s table showdown.
